How do I return the product

  1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your goods (based on receiving date that given by delivery company); if wrong item was sent, kindly contact our customer service within 24 hours.
  2. You may WhatsApp or Line us and please send us the photo taken for verification purposes.
  3. Wait for our customer service’s reply (within 24 hours). Instruction will be given on how to return your goods back to us.
  4. Return your goods to us within 7 days (after customer service sent you a confirmation goods return form)
  5. After clear inspection of the goods you return, we will send you the return code/cash voucher accordingly.

How do I claim for discount code for product which has minor defect/scratches?

  1. Contact our customer service within 48hours after receiving your goods (based on receiving date that given by delivery company)
  2. Or you may WhatsApp or LINE us at 010-9003260 and please send us the photo taken for verification purposes.
  3. Wait for our customer service’s reply (within 24 hours).
  4. After clear inspection of the defect items, we will send you the discount code based on the severity of the damaged/defect.
