Incorrect / Damaged item

Kindly contact our customer service within 72 hours from the date of delivery and our team will assist you in this. If a report is made after 72 hours, the claim will be automatically rejected
In the event that a returned product is not damaged after inspection by our relevant supplier, postage fee to redeliver the item is to be borne solely by the customer.
Do note that consumable items like food and skincare that have been opened/used are *non-returnable nor refundable*.
Who will pay for postage for exchanging damaged / defected products?
We will be responsible for postage incurred for returns and redelivery. We can also arrange for our courier to pick up from you if needed. Do let us know and we will assist accordingly.
How do I return something to you?
Contact us and provide us with your Order ID, name of item and the reason for returning ( picture or video). Our customer team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Or you can walk in to our shop to return it.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Akiddo Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
